These terms require the customer to be over 18 or have the necessary legal capacity. The customer must use the store lawfully, without misuse, hacking or spam, and must not use products for unlawful purposes.

Under the agreement, browsing, using or purchasing from the store constitutes acceptance of its terms.

This policy states that customer privacy and data confidentiality are respected in accordance with relevant Saudi regulations, and that the store does not ask for a customer’s account password.

• Keep your password private and do not share it with others.
• Use your account yourself and notify the store if you suspect unauthorised access.
• The terms allow the account to be frozen if false information is provided.

This policy refers to the use of encryption to protect the account.

The agreement treats electronic notices as official documents.

• Prices may change. Under these terms, the order price is fixed at the time of payment.
• Calculated taxes and shipping charges are displayed before payment is completed.
• Payment options listed by the store include cards, mada, bank transfer, STC Pay, Apple Pay, Tabby and Tamara. Each provider’s terms and eligibility requirements apply.
• The terms provide for an electronic PDF invoice and an invoice included with the shipment, showing the order number, customer name and product details.

The agreement includes commitments concerning product quality, conformity with the description and after-sales service. It excludes carrier delays, misuse and damage resulting from customer alterations from the responsibilities described in it.

The agreement asserts the store’s ownership of its name, logo and designs and prohibits copying or reselling them under the customer’s own name. Collaboration requests can be sent through the store’s listed contact channels.

• The terms allow account suspension or deletion for breaches of applicable regulations, abusive automation or spam, or fraudulent refund requests.
• The store reserves the right to amend the agreement and announce amendments on the website.
• The agreement states that termination of the agreement is by the store’s management.

These terms provide for Saudi regulations to apply and identify Saudi courts in Riyadh for disputes. Arabic is the original language if a translation is available. Offers are temporary, as specified in each offer’s details.
